Hi Rudi,

This is a great idea. I have been very busy with other work, and totally lost track of the things to do with the plugin. Moving it more towards a community driven project sounds like a perfect way to keep the plugin alive without requiring my active participation. It's GPL already as you mention, but I agree that keeping this domain alive and updating it to point new users to an active github project would be a good way to go.

I haven't used github before (except for downloading code), but I suppose putting a project up there shouldn't be too hard, so I will try to find a moment to do it next week. This weekend will be super busy again... :/

I'll keep you posted!

Hi!
Is this plugin still in developement? If not - would it be OK if I publish the current state at github and continue with developement (as it's licensed under the GPL)?
I would prefer however if you publish it and "we" (the community) could simply participate with "push requests".. :)
Cheers.

There appears to be a compatibility problem with the Safari 5.1 releases. I have tested this and I get that message every time in Safari 5.1.4 and 5.1.5. The 5.0 releases are fine. Unfortunately, I have no fix for this issue but am hoping someone else on here might have some ideas.

Has anyone noticed any compatibility issues with Safari 5.1.5 or 5.1.4? I've been using Donation Can for about 8 months and it's always worked perfectly for me. Still does in firefox, chrome, IE, and any Safari 5.0 release. But when I am taken to the paypal landing page in Safari 5.1.5/4 from my client's site and asked to enter an amount, it brings me to a "Return to Merchant" error page upon clicking "Update Total." Here is the beginning of the message I see:

"We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. . . "

Again, this does not happen in any other browser. Any ideas?

Can I put lists of items to be donated for like VBS and then it would show that the request has been filled? For example, I would put that I need 50 cans of icing. If I donate 5 will it show that I still need 45? And can I do this with many items?
